Jimmy has shot multiple listings for me, and he’s become my go-to photographer! His photos always show my listings in their best light, and his videos are super crisp. He’s quick with turnaround, which is huge in real estate. On top of that, his communication is great and he’s just easy to work with. He also makes working with him fun! If you need a real estate photographer, call Jimmy. You won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic experience working with Jimmy at Trendy Photographic. He was professional, responsive, easy to work with, undervalued, and understood exactly what we were looking for.

The photos came out beautifully and really captured the character and atmosphere of the space. Jimmy has a great eye for detail, communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was delivered quickly and professionally.

We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely work with Jimmy again. Highly recommend Trendy Photographic for anyone looking for high-quality real estate or commercial photography in the DC area.

Jimmy is the best. Not only is he incredibly talented behind the camera, but he brings so much energy, character, and personality to everything he does. He has a great eye for the little details that make a property stand out, and he always makes the process easy and enjoyable. We love having him as part of our extended real estate family and would recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer with both skill and pizzazz.

Jimmy is my go-to photographer and videographer for all things real estate. His artistic eye, creativity, and attention to detail are second to none. He consistently delivers stunning photos and videos that help my listings stand out and make a strong impression on sellers and prospective buyers alike. He’s always professional, on time, and incredibly accommodating, even when I’m working with tight deadlines and short notice. If you’re looking to elevate your marketing and showcase your property at the highest level, I highly recommend Jimmy. You won’t be disappointed!

I work with a lot of photographers and videographers in my role in the real estate industry, and I can confidently say that Trendy Photographic is in a league of its own.

Jaime is, without question, one of the best real estate photographers and videographers I’ve ever worked with. His creativity, attention to detail, and artistic vision are unmatched. His listing videos are cinematic, elevated, and incredibly well-produced — they truly make properties stand out in a crowded market.

He has also shot lifestyle and educational content for me, and the results have been just as impressive. He understands branding, lighting, movement, and storytelling in a way that brings out the best on camera. He doesn’t just press record — he collaborates, directs, and elevates the entire vision.

It’s hard to find a truly reliable photographer in this industry, but Jaime is exactly that. He is responsive, punctual, and consistently delivers on time without ever compromising quality. He always shows up fully prepared with everything he needs, which sounds simple, but in this business it makes all the difference. There’s never scrambling, never excuses — just professionalism from start to finish.

I can’t recommend Trendy Photographic enough. If you’re looking for someone who will elevate your listings and your brand, this is your person.
